My order has not arrived?
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we’re here to help.
To provide an efficient service please ensure you have your order confirmation number to hand and details of the items you have ordered.
Please note that during our Sale period deliveries may take longer.
How do I track my order?
Log into your Account, select Order History and click on the relevant ‘View Order’ link. All delivery options are fully trackable for the UK. Click on the ‘Track My Order’ link on the homepage and input your tracking number to follow your parcels journey to you. The courier will provide you with an email and text message with delivery details.
What happens to delivery times on bank holidays?
UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays detailed below:
- New Year’s Day
- Good Friday
- Easter Monday
- Early May Bank Holiday
- Spring Bank Holiday
- Summer Bank Holiday
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
What if I'm not home?
If you choose our Express Delivery service the person who receives your parcel at the delivery address will be asked to sign for it. It doesn’t matter whether or not it’s you. If there’s nobody home, the postman may leave a card asking you to collect your parcel or arrange a redelivery.
Which countries do you deliver to?
UK mainland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.
We also deliver to over 100 countries internationally. Please click the International Delivery tab for more details.
What are my delivery options and how much do they cost?
For those who live in the UK it is FREE shipping for orders over £100. We offer a next day delivery this subject to availability. Sent to you via Royal Mail and to be signed for.
If you require a delivery for Northern Ireland, The Isle Of Man or any of the offshore Islands/International please contact us prior to ordering. A charge may apply.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International and must be signed for. There will be a postage charge depending on the type of product you have ordered! Please note we do not accept returns from International Orders.
How does your delivery service work?
Shipping should take up to 7-10 working days to deliver from the date you ordered. If you are unsatisfied with your wig or received the wrong product you can return to us within 10 working days with your receipt, anytime after this period products cannot be refunded.
Your order will take up to 7-14 working days from the day you ordered with a postal charge which may apply depending on country. We also cannot accept returns from International Orders!
